Membership Plans

Zuri Medical Clinic currently offers three monthly membership tiers. Each membership works as a clinic credit accumulation scheme, allowing you to build a balance on your clinic account over time and redeem it against treatments and products.

How Memberships Work

Each month, your membership payment is added to your personal clinic account. We add a monthly credit bonus (interest) as a thank you for your commitment. Your accumulated balance never expires and can be used against any treatment or in-clinic product at any time. If your treatment costs more than your available balance, you simply pay the difference on the day.

Memberships are not treatment contracts — they are a flexible savings and rewards scheme. No specific treatments are reserved or guaranteed under these plans. Treatment suitability remains subject to clinical assessment at each visit.

The Essential Plan is ideal for patients attending one or two injectable treatments per year who want a simple, flexible way to save and earn credit. The Confidence Plan is ideal for patients attending routine toxin treatments or occasional filler and polynucleotide top-ups. The Radiance Plan is ideal for patients committed to consistent skin treatment programmes including Multifrax Laser and toxin maintenance. In every tier your balance accumulates month by month with no expiry date.

Zuri Signature Treatment Plans

In addition to monthly memberships, Zuri Medical Clinic offers structured treatment plans at a fixed price, paid via an upfront payment plus monthly instalments. These plans include a defined package of treatments and an ongoing discount on additional services.

Treatment plans are subject to clinical suitability assessment. Inclusion of specific treatments in a plan does not guarantee that every treatment will be appropriate at every session — this remains at the clinical discretion of Dr Garara.

The Prevention Plan

Upfront payment: £500. Monthly instalments: 10 payments of £200 per month. Total plan price: £2,500 (saving £300 against the standard total treatment value of £2,800).

• 3 x Multifrax Laser sessions
• 3 x Sunekos skin booster sessions
• 2 x Rejuran Polynucleotide sessions

Ongoing benefit: 10% discount on all other skin treatments throughout your active membership. The discount does not apply to toxin treatments. Treatment sessions within this plan must be used within 18 months of the plan start date. Sessions are scheduled in consultation with Dr Garara at clinically appropriate intervals.

The Rejuvenation Plan

Upfront payment: £750. Monthly instalments: 10 payments of £250 per month. Total plan price: £3,250 (saving £600 against the standard total treatment value of £3,850).

• 2 x Wrinkle relaxing (botulinum toxin) treatments
• 1 x 1ml Dermal Filler treatment
• 2 x Sylfirm X sessions
• 3 x Rejuran Polynucleotide skin booster sessions

Ongoing benefit: 10% discount on all other skin treatments throughout your active membership. The discount does not apply to toxin treatments. Treatment sessions within this plan must be used within 18 months of the plan start date.

The Hair Restoration and Maintenance Plan

Upfront payment: £500. Monthly instalments: 10 payments of £190 per month. Total plan price: £2,400 (saving £300 against the standard total treatment value of £2,700). Designed to reduce hair thinning and shedding and maintain healthy hair growth year-round.

• 1 x Platelet-Derived Exosome hair treatment (autologous)
• 3 x PRP Hair sessions

Treatment sessions within this plan must be used within 18 months of the plan start date.

Treatment Courses (Single-Treatment Packages)

Single-treatment course packages (for example, a course of 3 Multifrax Laser sessions) are sold at a fixed price and must be used within 12 months of the date of purchase.

If you are unable to complete a treatment course within the 12-month window due to medical reasons confirmed by Dr Garara, the remaining value of unused sessions will be held as credit on your clinic account, redeemable against other treatments of your choosing.

Course sessions cannot be transferred to another person.

If a course is partially completed and you choose not to continue for reasons other than medical necessity, the unused sessions are non-refundable. The value will not be held as credit.

Payment Terms — Memberships and Plans

Monthly membership payments and plan instalments are processed automatically by direct card payment on the same date each month. It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available and that your payment details remain current.

If a monthly payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to collect again within 7 days. Failure to resolve a failed payment within 14 days may result in suspension of your membership or plan, and loss of any accrued bonus credit for that month.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Afyatech Ltd does not store card details.

Cancellation of Memberships

Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice by email to info@drbhavingarara.com. Upon cancellation:

• Your accumulated clinic account balance (monthly payments plus credited interest) remains available for use against treatments and products for 12 months from your cancellation date.
• Any monthly credit bonus (interest) stops accruing from the date of cancellation.
• Clinic account balances are not refunded in cash, except in exceptional circumstances at the clinic's discretion.

Cancellation of Treatment Plans

Treatment plans (Prevention, Rejuvenation, Hair Restoration) may be cancelled after a minimum of 3 monthly payments have been made, with 30 days' written notice.

Upon cancellation of a treatment plan, the remaining unused treatment sessions will be valued at their standard individual prices. If the total of sessions already completed at standard price exceeds the amount paid to date, the difference will be invoiced and must be settled within 14 days. If the amount paid exceeds the value of sessions completed, the surplus will be held as credit on your clinic account.

The upfront payment is non-refundable once any session within the plan has been used.

Missed Sessions

Sessions within a plan or course are subject to the standard Booking Terms and Conditions, including the 48-hour cancellation and no-show policy (www.drbhavingarara.com/booking-tcs). Missed sessions without adequate notice count as used and will not be replaced.

Treatment Suitability and Clinical Discretion

Membership or plan purchase does not guarantee treatment. At each appointment, Dr Garara will assess your suitability for the planned treatment. If on any given occasion treatment is not clinically appropriate, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost, and the session credit will be retained within the plan.

Changes to Plans and Pricing

Zuri Medical Clinic reserves the right to amend the structure, benefits, or pricing of membership plans and treatment packages with 60 days' written notice to active members. You will have the option to cancel your membership within this notice period if you do not wish to continue under revised terms.

Non-Transferability

Memberships, treatment plans, course packages, and clinic account balances are personal to the patient and may not be transferred, gifted, or shared with another person.

Governing Law

These Membership and Package Terms are governed by English law and form part of the wider contractual relationship between you and Afyatech Ltd, as set out in our full Terms and Conditions.
