About Dr Bhavin Garara

Dr Bhavin Garara, MBBS, BMedSci, PGDip, is an aesthetic practitioner and cosmetic dermatologist who combines surgical-grade anatomical knowledge with a genuine interest in long-term skin health. His practice draws patients with a wide range of skin tones and concerns — from early preventive treatments to complex regenerative protocols.
His practice is structured around four principles: Regenerate, Restore, Refine and Sustain. Rather than treating isolated concerns in isolation, he designs treatment journeys that work on skin quality, structural support and cellular health in parallel — sequencing injectables, energy-based devices, regenerative therapies and medical-grade skincare so that each phase builds on the last.
The goal is never a dramatic change. It is a gradual, cumulative improvement that looks like you at your best rather than someone different — and every plan is built around the individual rather than a template.
Specialist Expertise
A genuine specialism in skin of colour
A significant proportion of Dr Bhavin's patients have Fitzpatrick skin types IV to VI, and he has developed considerable clinical experience in treating darker skin tones safely and effectively.
Pigmentation, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, scarring and texture concerns present differently in melanin-rich skin, and the treatment approach needs to reflect that — both in device selection and in dosing.
He also runs an educational content series on skin of colour aesthetics, to help patients and clinicians understand these distinctions.
